I tried out a new exercise this morning that I read in Mens Health. Its the Spartacus Workout and wow was it a good one It is 60 seconds of 10 different weight/body exercises with 15 seconds between each one. Once you finish the circuit, you rest for 2 minutes and then repeat 2 times. Wow was I breathing hard and pouring out the sweat during this one. I loved it According to their article, the average guy burns between 600 and 700 calories doing it I can definitely see why.

We might be heading to the Y this afternoon before my nephews birthday party, so I might be getting some cardio in today as well
