Ingredients
1 package Scrambled Eggs
1 package Oatmeal - any flavor
4 oz water
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
Place both packets and water in a blender. Mix well. Add baking powder and vanilla. Blend again.
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour four pancakes and cook like regular pancakes. Makes two meals. The second meal can be reheated in the microwave for 15 seconds.
Top with some sugar free syrup.
