Ingredients
2 hard-boil eggs, diced
1/2 cup white mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup radishes, sliced
3/4 cup raw spinach
1 Table spoon olive oil and vinegar dressing
Directions
Toss the spinach leaves with the olive oil and vinegar dressing. Place the dressed spinach on a plate and top with the eggs, mushrooms and radishes.
