Servings: 1 meal, 1 snack, 1 oz Lean and Green

Ingredients

1 packet Scrambled Eggs
1 packet Snack Crackers
2 to 3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon Italian spices
1 teaspoon Marinara sauce
1 tablespoon Fat Free Mozzarella

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll or crush crackers into fine pieces with a blender or rolling pin. Add packet of Medifast scrambled eggs. Gradually add water and mix to make a dough. Spray a baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray and place mixture on sheet. Spread to about 1⁄4 inch thick. Bake for about 3 minutes or until firm. Top with marinara sauce mixed with spices. Sprinkle cheese on top then put return to the oven until the cheese is melted.

Tips

This counts as 1 oz of your Lean and Green. Make sure to subtract this from your regular Lean and Green meal. Keep track of your condiments, garnishes and veggies so that your total daily food intake stays compliant with the weight loss phase of the program.
