Ingredients
non-stick cooking spray
14 oz Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast Roast
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons bar-be-cue sauce
1/8 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray non-stick cooking oil in small pan. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, bar-be-cue sauce, salt and pepper.
With a fork, pierce each side of the turkey breast deeply, about 25 times. Drizzle on the oil and coat both sides of the turkey with the bar-be-cue rub, evenly.
Place the turkey, smooth side up, in the pan. Pour water in the pan, but not over the turkey. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Place the turkey on a clean cutting board. Carve, against the grain, into thin slices. Serve immediately.
