Ingredients
2 (5 oz) salmon steaks
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1Tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ginger
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a shallow dish and marinate salmon steaks for at least one hour. Remove the salmon and place in a broiling pan, baste with marinade and
broil for 5 minutes on each side (brushing occassionally with more marinade).
Watch carefully and check for doneness. Serve immediately.
