Ingredients
1 package Medifast Scrambled Eggs
1 package Medifast Chocolate Pudding
4 packages Medifast Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
1/2 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/4 cup water
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Next, combine 1 pkg Medifast Eggs with 1 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup. Whisk thoroughly for about 2 minutes and then let sit for 25 minutes. While waiting, prepare a 12 muffin baking pan. Either use muffin cups or prepare pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Whisk again for about 1 minute, then add in 4 pkgs Medifast Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal, 1 pkg of Medifast Chocolate Pudding and 3 tablesppons of baking powder. Mix and whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are blended and no lumps are present. Fill muffin cups or muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 18 minutes.
