Ingredients

2 packets Medifast Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
2 to 4 Tablespoons sugar-free gingerbread syrup
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Spray two (2) mini-loaf tins with non-stick cooking spray. Divide batter evenly into tins. Bake for 30–45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the loaves.
