Ingredients
18 oz roasted turkey, cut into 1/4 inch strips
3 cups leaf lettuce
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flake
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 Tablespoon splenda
1 Tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
2 Tablespoon minced green onion
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon lime
Directions
In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, green onions, cilantro, splenda,
ginger, garlic, pepper flakes and turkey strips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Unfold lettuce leave; drain turkey mixture and spread evenly along lower quarter of leafs.
Roll up tightly and divide into three servings the number of roll-ups depend on the size of lettuce leafs.
