Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower,cut into florets
1/2 cup red bell peppers, diced
1 clove garlic, whole
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 Tablespoon Coriander
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Place cauliflower, pepper and garlic in a pot with 1/2 inch water. When it starts steaming, add the curry powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Steam 10 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked thoroughly. Add salt, pepper to taste and garnish with coriander.
