Ingredients
1 package Scrambled Egg
1 teaspoon chopped onion
2 grape tomatoes
1 mushroom
1/2 cup water
Directions
Chop the onion and mushroom and dice in half the two grape tomatoes. Add water to the dry scrambled egg powder. Add the chopped veggies.
Pur into the mixture into a pan sprayed with non-calorie oil spray. Flip to other side when cooked. Serve as omlet. May interchange veggies - i.e use green pepper instead of mushroom.
