Ingredients
1 package of Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal
1 package Scrambled Eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp artificial sweetner
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
4 Tbs water
1/2 - 1 tsp Optional Spices:
cinnamon
nutmeg
pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients, add water and vanilla, and mix thoroughly. Form into 2 small rolls and place on a cookie sheet. Smooth the tops and sprinkle with spice of your choice.
Bake for 10-11 min and then put under broiler for 1-2 minutes, just to barely brown top. Makes two meals. Refrigerate the second bun if not eaten the same day.
