Ingredients
1 packet of Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1 packet artificial sweetener
1/3 cup of water
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients then add the extract and water.
Stir until moistened and let it sit 5 to 10 minutes. Spray non-stick cooking spray on a cookie sheet.
Place spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
