2 garlic cloves, minced
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp of fresh rosemary or oregano
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon balsalmic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine oil, garlic, rosemary and crushed red pepper. Brush mixture on chicken and season with pepper, to taste. Cover and soak in marinade for 3 hours.
Season chicken with salt, place in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees. Drizzle the vinegar over the chicken. Bake uncovered, until chicken is browned for 10 minutes.
