Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
7 ounces chicken breast, cut in 1/2" cubes
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon, chopped onion
1/2 cup, diced red pepper
1/2 cup, diced green pepper
1/2 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Place oil in a large skillet, set on medium-high heat and swirl skillet so it coated evenly with oil.
Add the chicken chicken and garlic to the skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until the chicken is brown on the outside. Toss in the onions, peppers and continue to saute 1 more minute until pepper is crisp. Stir in the cabbage. Cook an additional 10 minutes, sitrring frequently, until the cabbage is tender.
Toss in the soy sauce,remove from the heat and serve.
